Common Questions
Which pan connector do I need?
Pick by where the soil pipe sits against the toilet outlet: straight for in line, offset when it is slightly to one side, 90° when the soil pipe goes down through the floor, and flexible when the two do not line up.
Will it fit my toilet pan?
Most pan connectors take a pan outlet of 97mm to 107mm and fit a 4″ (110mm) soil pipe. Measure your pan spigot before ordering.
