Our Gas and Maintenance shelf holds the small items that keep a gas or heating job moving. Thread tapes, pipe freezing spray, solder, torch gas and cooker fittings all sit here.

For sealing threads there is yellow gas PTFE tape, thick gas grade one wrap tape and standard white PTFE tape for water fittings. Arctic Spray comes as a 500ml can and as starter kits for 8mm to 15mm and 8mm to 28mm pipe, to change a valve without draining down. For soldering there is lead free solder wire, a set of three flux brushes and butane, propane and MAP gas canisters. Cooker work is covered with bayonet connectors, a micro angled cooker hose, a blanking plug and a stability chain and hook. We also carry thermocouples, a 1/8 inch pressure test nipple and a 1L drain unblocker.
