Ceramic Disc Tap Cartridge CL1 3/4 Inch Hot or Cold

The CL1 is a 3/4 inch quarter turn ceramic disc tap cartridge for bath taps and larger sink taps. Choose Hot or Cold, each sold on its own, so you only replace the side that has gone. The photo shows the pair side by side so you can see both. High quality ceramic discs inside give a light quarter turn and stop the drip for good.

To match it to your old one, check the 3/4 inch thread and the spline on the spindle (7.6mm spline, 20 teeth). The CL1 code is stamped on the body of the cartridge, so it is easy to read off your old one. Turn the water off, take the handle off, unscrew the old cartridge with a spanner and fit the new one. Bring the old cartridge in and we will match it on the counter.

Will the CL1 fit my tap?
It will if your old cartridge matches a 3/4 inch thread and the spline on the spindle (7.6mm spline, 20 teeth). Bring the old one in and we will check it for you.

Do hot and cold cartridges turn the same way?
No. The hot and cold versions turn in opposite directions so both taps close the same way. Order the one for the side you are replacing.
