Will It Fit My Cistern?
Measure the outlet hole in the base of the cistern. Most UK cisterns take a 1 1/2″ outlet and some newer ones take 2″. Check the height from the base to the top of the overflow as well.

How Do I Adjust the Flush?
The full and part flush volumes are set on the valve itself. Change them in small steps and test until the pan clears properly without wasting water.

Why Does My Toilet Keep Running Into the Pan?
It is usually a worn or dirty seal where the valve sits on the cistern outlet. Clean it or fit a new seal before you replace the whole valve.
