Common Questions
How do I connect a toilet pan that does not line up with the soil pipe? This rigid connector has a 40mm offset to take up a small misalignment, and its length adjusts too.
Finned or plain end outlet, which do I need? The finned outlet pushes into 4 inch / 110mm PVC-U or cast iron soil pipe, while the plain end goes into 110mm soil or underground fittings.
Will the 40mm offset connector fit my pan? The 97mm to 107mm inlet suits all pan spigots.
