Common Questions
Which pan connector do I need?
It depends on how the soil pipe lines up with the pan outlet. Use a straight one when they are in line, an offset one when the pipe is a little to the side, a 90° one when the soil pipe drops through the floor, and a flexible one when the two do not meet squarely.
Will it fit my toilet pan?
Pan connectors generally suit pan outlets from 97mm to 107mm and a 4″ (110mm) soil pipe. Measure the spigot on your pan before you order.
