The Mapress Stainless Gas Street 90 Degree Elbow turns a stainless gas line through 90° in the tightest space, in sizes from 15mm to 108mm, for Gas Safe registered engineers. One end is a press socket and the other a plain spigot the size of the pipe, so it pushes into the socket of a tee or another elbow.
It is handy at meter positions, boiler plant connections and anywhere a pipe has to come off a tee and turn straight away. Geberit make it from CrNiMo 316 stainless steel 1.4401 with a yellow HNBR seal and yellow marking, listed for natural gas, liquefied gas and biogas.
Treat the plain end like pipe: clean, mark the insertion depth, push it home, then press inside the next fitting. On the bigger sizes, support the assembly before pressing so the weight does not pull the spigot back. We carry 15mm, 22mm, 28mm, 35mm, 42mm, 54mm, 76.1mm, 88.9mm and 108mm.

How do I tell gas Mapress from water Mapress? Gas fittings are marked yellow with a yellow HNBR seal and yellow plugs. The water range has black seals and clear plugs, and must not be used on gas.
