Where a brass munsen ring is used

Brass sits well against copper, so you avoid putting steel straight onto the pipe. The sizes match copper tube outside diameters, so a 22mm ring fits 22mm copper. To hang pipe close to a wall, screw the ring straight onto a back plate. To drop it lower, run a length of threaded rod between the plate and the ring. Space the rings to suit the pipe size, closer on 15mm and further apart on the larger tube.
