The Geberit Mapress 316 Stainless Steel 60 Degree Elbow is a 60 degree bend with a press socket on both ends for the Mapress Stainless Steel press fit system. We list it in 15mm, 22mm, 28mm, 35mm, 42mm, 54mm for plumbers, gas engineers and mechanical contractors in Glasgow and the West of Scotland.
Use it where a 45 is not enough and a 90 is too much. It is made of 316 stainless steel (CrNiMo 1.4401) with a black CIIR sealing ring and a pressing indicator that shows any joint left unpressed. Use it for drinking water (hot and cold), heating water and cooling water.
Mark the insertion depth on the tube before you push it in, so you know it is fully home, then press with Geberit Mapress press jaws of the right size.
