Vaillant ecoFit Pure 825 (ErP) Combi Boiler

Small footprint, quiet running and a light lift onto the wall are the main selling points of the Vaillant ecoFit Pure 825 (ErP) Combi Boiler. It is the smaller of the ecoFit Pure combis, and this listing is the boiler on its own.

About the ecoFit Pure 825 combi

As a combi, it heats the radiators and gives hot water straight from the mains, so there is no cylinder or loft tank. The 825 suits flats and smaller houses with one bathroom. It carries the Quiet Mark, which matters when the boiler lives in a kitchen or next to a bedroom. An aluminium heat exchanger keeps the weight down, and automatic purge assistance helps clear air when you commission it. A high efficiency pump cuts the power it uses.

Common Questions

Is the Vaillant ecoFit Pure 825 quiet?

It carries the Quiet Mark, so it is a good choice where the boiler sits in a kitchen or near a bedroom. The aluminium heat exchanger also keeps it light to lift.

What size home suits a 25kW combi?

The 825 is aimed at flats and smaller houses with one bathroom. A heat loss check and a mains flow test confirm it is right.

Can the ecoFit Pure 825 have a rear flue?

Yes, it takes top or rear flue options. This listing is the boiler only, so order the flue that suits your route.

Planning a fit in a Glasgow flat

Because the boiler-only version gives you a free choice of flue, it is handy where the route is vertical, extended or rear exit. Order the flue and any controls to suit. Check the gas meter and pipe size can feed a combi, and that the mains water flow is good enough for the hot water you expect. Tenement flats often have long gas runs, so measure before you commit. A Gas Safe registered engineer must fit and commission it.
