End Feed Long Tail Street Elbow 15mm to 22mm

Sometimes a standard street elbow is just too short, and the End Feed Long Tail Street Elbow fixes that. It turns through 90 degrees, with a normal socket on one end and a long spigot on the other. The spigot is the same outside size as the pipe, so it goes straight into another fitting socket.

End Feed Long Tail Street Elbow in practice

The longer tail gives you more distance between joints. That helps when coming off a valve or tee close to a wall, or when you need to clear insulation. It also gives you room to get a flame and solder on each joint separately.

The 15mm size suits radiator, tap and boiler connections. The 22mm size suits main runs and cylinder pipework. Clean and flux both ends, heat, and run in solder wire until each joint is full.
