Old houses rarely have square walls or level floors, and the FloPlast Compression Adjustable Elbow WC15 copes with that. It is a 40mm Compression bend that you set to any angle between straight and 90 degrees on site.

Lining up wastes with the FloPlast Compression Adjustable Elbow WC15

Existing wastes do not always come out where you would like. This elbow lets you line up a sink, bath or shower waste with pipework sitting at an odd angle, instead of building an awkward offset from fixed bends.

Find the angle by offering it up, then fit the nut and seal to each pipe end. Push each pipe fully into the fitting and tighten the nuts by hand, then give a small extra turn. Check the angle has not shifted as you tighten.

Compression joints can be undone, which is handy if a kitchen gets refitted later. Run the tap for a minute afterwards and feel round each nut for damp.
