FloPlast Overflow Coupler – OS10 21.5mm

For joining two lengths of overflow pipe end to end, the FloPlast Overflow Coupler OS10 is the fitting. It is a plain double socket for 21.5mm overflow pipe, with Solvent Weld joints at both ends.

When you need a FloPlast Overflow Coupler OS10

On a long loft run, or an external condensate pipe working its way down a wall, you will need a coupler or two. It is equally handy for repairs. If a section has been cracked by a ladder or frost, cut it out and splice a new piece in with a coupler at each end.

Overflow pipe is small bore, so a pipe slice or fine-tooth saw gives a cleaner cut than a tired hacksaw blade. Clean off any burr, cement both surfaces and push home fully.

Wipe away surplus cement so it does not narrow the bore. Then clip the pipe either side of the coupler.

Yes. Cut out the cracked section and glue in a new piece, using a coupler at each end.

Does the coupler need a clip either side?
