Common Questions

Are the 40mm to 100mm sizes outside diameters?

They look like nominal bore sizes. In Geberit’s own list the bigger passings match pipe of 42, 54, 76.1, 88.9 and 108 millimetres outside, so check the code with us before ordering.

How is the passing fixed into a steel bulkhead?

Geberit supply it with a protective tube for welding, so it is normally welded into the division. Marine and fire rules may apply, so follow the job specification.

Can I press straight onto the plain ends?

No. The plain ends go into the sockets of Mapress fittings on each side, and those sockets are pressed.
