The XPress Copper Gas Reduced Tee, maker code 39875 (Pegler XPress SG27), is a 22mm x 15mm x 15mm press tee for copper gas pipe. One run end is 22mm, the other run end drops to 15mm, and the branch is 15mm. It carries the yellow gas seal and gas marking of the XPress copper gas range.
It suits the end of a 22mm gas run where the supply splits into two 15mm legs, such as a hob and a fire, without a separate reducer and the two extra joints that brings.
Read the size as run, run, branch: 22mm in, 15mm out and a 15mm branch. Cut the pipe square, deburr it, mark the insertion depth and press with M profile jaws in the right size for each end.
