Single Hinged Pipe Clips 10mm to 28mm

Single Hinged Pipe Clips hold one pipe in a plastic saddle with a hinged lid that clips closed. Once shut, the pipe cannot pop out, but you can still open the lid later.

Fitting Single Hinged Pipe Clips

These suit pipe that is on show, for example along a skirting, up the side of a boiler or across a utility room wall. They look tidier than open clips, and the closed lid stops the pipe ticking and creeping as it warms up. The 10mm size handles microbore, while 28mm is good for larger feeds.

• Sizes: 10mm, 15mm, 22mm and 28mm
• Single pipe, hinged closing cover
• Screw fixing through the base
• Plastic, safe on copper and plastic pipe

Mark a straight line before drilling, so the clips run in a level row. Fix one either side of every bend and change of direction, then space the rest evenly. On plastic pipe, use more clips than on copper, because it sags between fixings. For double clips and nail on clips, see the Plastic Clips page.
