Washing Machine Straight Valve 15mm

The Washing Machine Straight Valve is an appliance shut off valve where the 15mm pipe and the 3/4″ hose outlet run in a straight line. Use it where the supply pipe comes straight towards the machine.

When to fit a Washing Machine Straight Valve

Choose the straight pattern when the pipe runs horizontally along a wall and the hose leaves in line with it, or when the pipe rises straight up behind the machine. It keeps everything compact and in line. If the pipe arrives at a right angle, an angled version will usually sit neater.

Cut the pipe square and fit the inlet using the nut and olive supplied. Set the handle where it can be reached and turned easily. Screw the hose on by hand with its washer in place.
