Copper Pipe Coil 15mm x 25m, soft annealed copper for long water, heating and gas runs with few joints. Tube to BS EN 1057 that bends by hand or with a spring, taking all standard 15mm compression, solder ring, end feed and push-fit fittings. Collect from our Glasgow shop at 555 South Street G14 0QX.
A Copper Pipe Coil 15mm x 25m is the length many plumbers keep in the van for jobs where straight tube is a pain: long feeds under a floor, runs round a bay window, or a gas pipe across the kitchen to a hob. The soft temper follows the line you want with very few fittings.
The copper is annealed, so 15mm bends by hand for gentle curves or with an internal spring for tighter ones. It suits hot and cold water services, heating pipework and gas, and it takes every normal 15mm fitting: compression, end feed, solder ring and push-fit.
Roll the coil out on the floor instead of pulling the end, which stops it twisting. The ends come slightly oval after coiling, so size them round before fitting an olive or push-fit insert. Soft copper marks and dents easily, so clip it at sensible centres and protect it through masonry. Cut with a rotary cutter, as a hacksaw leaves the end out of round. Any gas work must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer. The 22mm coil and microbore sizes are in our copper pipe coil section, next to the Copper Pipe Coil 15mm x 25m.

Common Questions
Can you straighten coiled copper? Yes, roll the coil out along the floor and run the length you need through your hands. Pulling loops off the side twists the tube and makes it kink.
Can I use push-fit fittings on soft copper coil? Yes, but check the fitting maker’s instructions, as many ask for a pipe insert in soft copper. Re-round the end first so the seal sits evenly.
Is coiled copper suitable for gas? Copper tube to BS EN 1057 is used for gas, and a coil saves joints on long runs. It must be installed and tested by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
