When the angle on a soil run will not suit a fixed bend, the FloPlast Ring Seal Adjustable 0-90° Bend SP560 gets you out of trouble. It swivels to any setting from straight through to 90 degrees.
Lining up with the FloPlast Ring Seal Adjustable 0-90° Bend SP560
Use it to line up an awkward pan outlet, or a run that comes off a wall at an odd angle. It pushes together with the same Ring Seal joints as the other 110mm bends and branches.
Offer the bend up and set the angle before you fix anything. Chamfer and lubricate the pipe ends and push them fully home.
Once the angle is set, clip the pipes either side so the bend cannot move. An adjustable fitting will shift if the pipe is left unsupported.
Put a level on the pipe each side of the bend, because an unusual setting can leave a flat section.

Common Questions
Can I glue the SP560 to stop the angle moving?
No. FloPlast state the 0 to 90 degree adjustable bend must not be Solvent Welded. Hold the angle with pipe clips instead.
What jobs suit an adjustable soil bend?
Awkward pan outlets and runs leaving a wall at an odd angle, where fixed bends will not line up. FloPlast recommend it for non-standard angles.
Will the SP560 move after it is set?
It can if the pipes either side are left unsupported. Clip both sides as soon as the angle is right.
