Common Questions
Plastic grid or chrome grid?
The job is the same either way. Chrome looks smarter in the tray, and the plastic grid is the plain choice.
How do I keep a shower trap from smelling?
Take hair out of the trap often, and run the shower from time to time if it rarely gets used. If the trap dries out, drain smells can reach the room.
Can I get to the trap from above?
The grid lifts out so you can clean from inside the tray. Make sure you can also get at the trap body, in case a seal needs checking one day.
