In a boxed-in bathroom corner, there is rarely room for a separate access pipe as well as a branch. This fitting does both at the same height. The branch angle is just over square, giving the incoming pipe a slight fall.
Turn the door to face where it can be reached, and leave a removable panel in any boxing. Dry fit, mark the alignment, and then cement each joint in turn.
Pick a branch height that lets the WC pipe run downhill to the stack. Bracket the stack close by, because the pan connection adds load.
