The Hep2O Equal Tee is the standard three-way fitting in the Hep2O system. It takes a branch off a pipe run at 90 degrees, and all three Push Fit sockets are the same size.
Using the Hep2O Equal Tee
Typical jobs include teeing off for a radiator, splitting a cold feed to a basin and WC, or adding a branch for an outside tap. 10mm tees suit microbore heating. 15mm and 22mm cover most household hot, cold and heating runs. 28mm is for larger supplies and primaries.
Every plastic pipe end needs a support sleeve. Push each pipe in until it reaches the stop inside the socket, and pull back to check it has locked. Line up the branch before you push the last pipe in, because the tee can still swivel on the pipe until everything is clipped.

Common Questions
Can a 15mm equal tee feed a radiator?
Yes, on a 15mm system the branch takes the radiator tail. For microbore radiators, use a reducing tee or spigot reducer.
Can I put a Hep2O tee under a floor?
Yes, but leave access where the regulations or your own good sense ask for it, and clip the pipe so the tee does not move.
Will a Hep2O tee join to copper?
Yes. Copper goes into the same sockets with no insert. Take the burr off the cut and wipe it clean first.
