Common Questions

How do I shut a brass service valve?

Give the slot a quarter turn with a screwdriver, until it lies across the pipe.

Can I demount it later?

Yes. Push the collet in towards the body and draw the pipe out.

Copper or plastic pipe?

Both work. Plastic pipe needs an insert in its end, while copper goes straight in.
