Plastic Push-Fit fitting to connect pipe. The uniquely designed fitting incorporates stainless teeth to provide a tight and secure grip on the pipe. The connection is demountable if required, ensuring the system is easy to work when in the ground and needing to maintain and alter existing set-up. Common Questions

What screws into a Speedfit female coupler?

A male BSP thread, such as the tail of a valve, a nipple or a tap. The other end takes the pipe.

Can I use thread paste with it?

Keep jointing compounds off the plastic, as JG warn they can harm it. PTFE tape on the male thread does the job.

Which size suits most shower and tap fittings?

The 15mm x 1/2″ covers a lot of them. The 3/4″ versions are for bath and larger connections, and 10mm x 1/2″ for microbore work.
