JG Speedfit MDPE Tee 20mm to 32mm

How do I read the reducing tee sizes?

They read run, run, branch. So 25mm x 25mm x 20mm is a 25mm run with a 20mm branch, and 32mm x 25mm x 32mm has a 25mm run end.

Should the branch have its own stop tap?

Yes, if you will ever need to isolate it separately. A stop tap close to the tee saves shutting off the whole supply.

Can one tee split a supply to two buildings?
