The Polyplumb Flexible Hose Tap Connector is a short flexible hose with a Push Fit end for the pipe and a nut for the tap tail. It bends to line up where rigid pipe would need extra fittings.
Fitting a Polyplumb Flexible Hose Tap Connector
Under a kitchen sink or a vanity unit, the pipe rarely lines up with the tap. A flexible connector takes up the gap and the offset. Most basin and sink taps take the 15mm x 1/2″, while the 15mm x 3/4″ and 22mm x 3/4″ sizes fit bath taps with larger tails.

- Tap nut with washer for the tail
Do not kink the hose or bend it tighter than it wants to go. A gentle curve is fine. Tighten the tap nut by hand and then a little with a spanner, and check the washer is seated. Fit an isolating valve on the supply so the tap can be changed later. More connectors are under Polyplumb Fittings.
