The Polyplumb Polybutylene Double Sided Manifold is a 22mm bar with 10mm outlets coming off both sides. It shares one supply between several radiators or outlets, each on its own small pipe.
How a Polyplumb Polybutylene Double Sided Manifold is used
On a microbore heating system, a manifold sits in the floor void or airing cupboard, and 10mm flow and return pipes run out to each radiator. Because the outlets face both ways, you can send pipes left and right from one point. The socket/spigot version has a spigot end, so it plugs straight into another fitting or a second manifold to add more ports.

- 22mm x 10mm, 4 port, socket/socket
- 22mm x 10mm, 4 port, socket/spigot
- Polybutylene body with Polyplumb Push Fit outlets
Label each pipe as you run it, so you know which outlet feeds which room. Use stiffeners in all the 10mm pipe. Fix the manifold down to a board, because a loose one will move and stress the joints. Fit a blank end on any port you do not need. Find blank ends and more under Polyplumb Fittings.

Common Questions
What is a double sided manifold for?
It splits a 22mm feed into 10mm pipes going both ways, usually for microbore heating.
What is the socket/spigot version for?
The spigot end plugs into another manifold or fitting, so ports can be added.
How do I close an unused port?
Push a Polyplumb spigot blank end into it. You can pull it out later to add another circuit.
