Floplast ABS Solvent Waste 135 Deg Conversion M x F Bends 32mm to 40mm
A 135 degree conversion bend with a male end and a female end (M x F), solvent weld, for a gentle turn in ABS waste pipe.
Sizes in metric are 32mm, 40mm and 50mm, and imperial sizes between 1 1/4″ and 1 1/2″. Plumb Parts, 555 South Street, Glasgow G14 0QX, carries the Floplast ABS solvent waste range, which takes in 135 deg branches, 90 deg conversion bends, 92.4 deg cross tees, reducers, female adaptors, 135 deg bends, couplings, pipe clips, male tank connector adaptors, 92.5 deg bends, air admittance valves (solvent, with universal adaptor), 135 deg conversion bends, level invert reducers, 90 deg bends, tees and access plugs.
This fitting comes in white and grey, in 32mm, 40mm and 50mm.
System details: built to BS 5254 and BS EN 1451-1:2000. The fittings are moulded from white high temperature polypropylene and have compression outlets for plastic waste pipe of 32mm/1¼” and 40mm/1½”.
The wider system also has a pedestal trap of unusual design, four shower trap combinations with a plastic or chrome grid, and several appliance traps for fitting washing machines, dishwashers and the like.

Common Questions
What does M x F mean on a FloPlast conversion bend? It has one male end and one female end, so it can push into a fitting socket on one side and take pipe on the other.
Should I dry fit the 135 degree conversion bend first? Yes, dry fit it so both ends line up before you put any solvent cement on.
