On the Hep2O Double End Reduced Tee, the branch is the biggest port and both run ends are a size or two down. So a larger feed comes in through the branch and splits two ways into smaller pipes, a handy layout for feeding radiators either side of a drop.
Hep2O Double End Reduced Tee in use
Sizes are read end x end x branch. 10mm x 10mm x 15mm takes a 15mm drop and splits it into two 10mm microbore pipes. 10mm x 10mm x 22mm does the same from a 22mm feed. 15mm x 15mm x 22mm splits a 22mm supply into two 15mm runs, for example to a pair of basins or to two radiators.
All three ends are Push Fit sockets. Fit support sleeves in the pipe, push home and check each one by pulling back. If a branch has to come apart later, a Hepkey frees it without damaging the pipe.
