Plastic Push-Fit fitting to connect pipe. The uniquely designed fitting incorporates stainless teeth to provide a tight and secure grip on the pipe. The connection is demountable if required, ensuring the system is easy to work when in the ground and needing to maintain and alter existing set-up. Common Questions

Can a Speedfit elbow be used on copper?

Yes. Copper to BS EN 1057 pushes straight in, no insert needed. Just cut it square and take the burr off so the O ring is not nicked.

How do I get pipe back out of the elbow?

Take the pressure off first. Push the collet square against the body, hold it there, and draw the pipe out.

Is there a minimum gap between a Speedfit elbow and a pipe clip?

Yes, JG say no closer than 60 millimetres from the end of the fitting, so the joint is not side loaded.
