The Pegler XPress Press-Fit Copper Equal Elbow turns a copper pipe through 90 degrees with a pressed joint at each end. We list it in 15mm, 22mm, 28mm, 35mm, 42mm, 54mm, 66.7mm, 76.1mm, 88.9mm and 108mm. The Pegler Xpress 15mm elbow is a regular buy for installers who already carry press tools and want quick, flame free joints on water and heating work.
Mark the insertion depth on the pipe, push it in to the mark and press with an M profile jaw. The fittings are made by Aalberts, who now sell the range as VSH XPress. It has their Leak Before Pressed feature, so a joint that has been missed will show itself when you test. The black EPDM seal is fitted at the factory. This is the water and heating version, not the yellow marked gas fitting.

Common Questions
Can I use this XPress elbow on gas?
No. This is the water and heating fitting with a black seal. Gas needs the XPress Copper Gas range, which has yellow markings and a yellow seal.
What press jaws do Pegler XPress fittings need?
XPress uses the M profile. Use M profile jaws in the right size for the pipe, on a tool that is in date for service.
What does Leak Before Pressed mean?
An unpressed XPress joint is made to leak when the system is filled or tested. That way a fitting you missed shows up straight away instead of failing later.
