The Geberit Mapress Copper Female Thread Adaptor goes from copper tube to a female (Rp) parallel thread, with a press socket on one end. Use it to take a threaded valve, gauge or male connector on to a copper run. We sell it in 15mm x 1/2″, 15mm x 3/4″, 22mm x 1/2″, 22mm x 3/4″, 22mm x 1″, 28mm x 3/4″, 28mm x 1″, 28mm x 1 1/4″, 35mm x 1″, 35mm x 1 1/4″, 42mm x 1 1/4″, 42mm x 1 1/2″ and 54mm x 2″, all genuine Geberit stock.
Mapress Copper water fittings come with a black EPDM seal ring already fitted and a white pressing indicator that comes off when the joint is done. They press on to copper tube to EN 1057 with an M contour jaw, with no flame and no hot works permit. Up to 54mm a joint that has not been pressed is made to leak under test, so a missed one shows up before handover.

How are the sizes written? The copper tube size comes first in mm, then the thread size in inches, so 22mm x 3/4″ takes 22mm tube and a 3/4 inch thread.
Can I use it on gas? No, this is the water and heating version. Geberit make a separate Mapress Copper gas range with a yellow seal ring.
What press jaws do I need? Mapress uses an M contour, so you need M jaws in the size of the tube. Check your press tool maker’s list before you start.
