The Vokera standard horizontal flue takes boiler fumes straight out through the wall behind or beside a Vokera condensing boiler. It is the usual flue for a straightforward boiler fit or swap. Plumb Parts in Glasgow sells the Vokera flue.
The Vokera standard horizontal flue is the basic flue kit for running a Vokera boiler flue straight out through an outside wall. It carries combustion gases out of the building and brings fresh air in for the boiler, through a bend at the boiler and a straight section to the terminal.
Using the Vokera horizontal flue kit
On most replacement jobs the boiler hangs on an outside wall, so a standard horizontal flue is all you need. It is made to suit Vokera’s condensing boilers, so do not mix it with another maker’s boiler. If the wall is thicker than the kit allows, or the flue has to travel further, you will need extensions.

Common Questions
Will a Vokera flue fit another maker’s boiler?
No. Flue kits are made and tested with the boiler maker’s own range, so only use a Vokera flue on a Vokera boiler it is listed for.
What if my wall is thicker than the standard flue?
Add the matching Vokera flue extension to make up the length. The boiler manual gives the maximum total length allowed.
Which way should a horizontal flue slope?
Condensing boiler flues fall slightly back towards the boiler, so condensate runs back inside rather than dripping from the terminal. The manual gives the angle.
Before you fit it: checks at our Glasgow counter
Check the boiler installation manual to confirm this kit suits the model you have, and measure the wall thickness first. Terminal position matters too. There are minimum distances from windows, doors, corners, gutters and boundaries. The flue should fall back towards the boiler so condensate drains into it. All flue work on a gas boiler must be done and checked by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Bring the boiler model to the counter and the staff can check the Vokera standard horizontal flue is the right match.
Terminal guards and other bits sit in our flues and flue accessories category.
